Jacqueline Landau, Ph.D.

Jacqueline Landau is the leader of quantitative research at Eastern Point Consulting Group. Eastern Point utilizes quantitative research in order to assess attrition, organizational culture, as well as specific dynamics such as gender, race, and communication.

Jacqueline Landau received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior in 1983 from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University. She has been a professor of management at Tulane University, Suffolk University, and the National University of Singapore, and has written over 20 articles and book chapters for leading human resource management and organizational behavior publications.

Jacqueline is a human resource management and organizational change consultant, with particular expertise in the areas of management development and survey design, implementation, analysis, and feedback. She has designed surveys for state agencies, profit, and non-profit organizations to evaluate human resource management programs, assess training needs, measure morale, and determine causes of absenteeism and turnover. She has also taught cross-cultural communication and Business English to corporate executives from many organizations.
