Robert N. Wallace, III

Robert N. Wallace, III is a Senior Consultant at Eastern Point Consulting Group, Inc. a management consulting firm specializing in helping organizations manage change effectively. Eastern Point offers expertise in the management of diversity, organizational development and strategic change management.

Robert brings significant corporate experience having built a twenty-year career in the high tech field, first at IBM and then at Digital Equipment Corporation. Robert was a human resource development manager, specializing in transition management and valuing diversity. He previously held management roles in manufacturing, quality and logistics. Robert's career has included training and development, conflict resolution and career planning.

Robert has provided consultation to many Diversity Committees and has consulted to major law firms regarding diversity.

He is a member of the Organization Development Network, the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, and the American Society for Training and Development. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T University. Robert is qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Singer-Loomis Type Development Inventory.
